Before you ask
What is the minimum stay requirement?
During peak summer season (July-August), we require a one-week minimum. Shoulder seasons offer more flexibility with 3-4 night minimums available.
Is the property suitable for children?
Absolutely. The home is well-suited for families. The yard provides safe play space, and nearby beaches have gentle waves ideal for young swimmers.
Are pets permitted?
We do not allow pets at the residence. This ensures the home remains comfortable for guests with allergies.
What about parking?
The property includes private parking for two vehicles. Beach parking passes are provided during your stay.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The home has central air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfortable temperatures regardless of the summer heat.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The cottage is booked Saturday to Saturday during peak and shoulder seasons.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak summer dates often book 6-12 months in advance. Shoulder season offers more flexibility, though popular weeks fill quickly.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via Zelle or Venmo. A 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your dates, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a $300 refundable security deposit is required. It is returned within 30 days of departure following a property inspection confirming no damage or violations.
What is the maximum occupancy?
The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests overnight, including children.
