What is the minimum stay requirement?
During peak summer season (July-August), we require a one-week minimum. Shoulder seasons offer more flexibility with 3-4 night minimums available.
Is the property suitable for children?
Absolutely. The home is well-suited for families. The yard provides safe play space, and nearby beaches have gentle waves ideal for young swimmers.
Are pets permitted?
We do not allow pets at the residence. This ensures the home remains comfortable for guests with allergies.
What about parking?
The property includes private parking for two vehicles. Beach parking passes are provided during your stay.

Peak summer dates often book 6-12 months in advance. Shoulder season offers more flexibility, though popular weeks fill quickly.
